COMMUNITY WELFARE CENTRE
In our community, joblessness and poverty go hand in hand. Unemployment is not just the absence of jobs; it is often the absence of the right skills. To break this cycle, we believe that equipping young people and women with employable, market-relevant skills is the most powerful way to bring lasting change.
Who We Are
Community Welfare Centre (CWC) is an initiative of The Ideal Relief Committee Trust, a registered non-profit organisation committed to serving deprived and disadvantaged sections of society. We establish Community Welfare Centres across locations to provide vocational training, job-oriented courses, skill development, counselling, career guidance, and personality development – completely free of cost or at highly subsidised rates.
