From Stress to Strength

A workshop on Mental and Addiction Counseling was conducted at Darul Faiz for individuals interested in pursuing future counseling courses. The session was led by Dr. Srilata (Senior Professor at TISS & Mental Health Expert) and Chitra R. Laxman (Director, Vidya Vardhini Foundation & Qualified Social Worker). The workshop emphasized the importance of mental well-being and the critical role of counseling in addressing mental health and addiction issues. Attendees gained valuable insights into recognizing warning signs and understanding when professional intervention is necessary.
